Rump or Heart of Rumpis a compact, flavoursome chunky piece of meat. Is a very versatile cut commonly used for everyday cooking to be prepared on the grill with a fresh salador casserole andit’s also the preferred cut for “Milanesas” the famous Argentine dish (similar to the Schnitzel) which are breaded thin beef fillets, baked to golden brown perfection, crispy on the outside and deliciously tender.

Preference is to cook this type of meat slowly to ensure its juiciness. 

Weight: Whole piece vacuum packed between 2.2 and 2.6kg.

For best quality, freeze (between -18º to -20ºC) as soon as possible after purchase within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 12 months. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze ones defrosted.
