 Delivery Policy

•  All orders are shipped by courier on next working day delivery service. Please note we don’t deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
• All our orders are shipped in an insulated packaging designed to keep our products below +5°C for up to 72 hours. Therefore, you can be sure your products will arrive to your door in perfect condition.

• Delivering to major towns and cities in East & West Sussex. Please validate your post code at check out before placing your order.

• There must be someone at the delivery address to receive the order.

• When placing your order, please leave any useful information to pass to the driver to simplify your delivery (mobile number, safe location, building's/gate entry code, etc).
• Patagonia Argentine Beef is not responsible for the loos or damage of the goods when there is no one to accept the delivery.
• In the event that nobody is available to receive the order, due to the nature of our perishable products, the driver won't be able to take the parcel back and will have to leave the parcel in a safe location, in which case Patagonia Argentine Beef disclaims all liability that may arise in consequence of the delivery being left unattended, including, without limitation, theft, tampering or contamination, however caused.
