1. What is the delivery area?
Currently we are delivering to major towns and cities in East and West Sussex. Please validate your post code at check out before placing your order.

2. What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

You can contact us to the following email address, info@patagoniabeef.co.uk using your order number and we will get back to you withing 24hs.

3. Will my order arrive chilled and safe?
All our orders are shipped in an insulated packaging designed to keep our products below +5°C for up to 72 hours. Therefore, you can rest assure your products will arrive to your door in perfect condition.
Should you have any inconvenient with your delivery, please contact us immediately and we will assist you.

4. What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?
Patagonia Argentine Beef is not responsible for the loos or damage of the goods when there is no one to accept the delivery. We encourage our customers to add as many details as possible when placing the order such as phone number, alternative safe place, or any other indication that we can use to ensure your delivery arrives quick and safe.

5. How much does delivery cost?
For orders over £75, delivery is FREE of charge. We charge a fee of £5 for standard delivery of orders under £75, which is added before you checkout.
Our minimum order value is £25.

6. What is your returns policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as a general rule. We are very proud of the quality and freshness of our products; however, it is very important that we hear from you when things don’t go as expected so we can make things right and provide feedback to our suppliers.
