This is a great cut that allows to be cooked in almost anyway, it can be done in the oven, grilled or on a casserole, either way it’s guaranteed to taste amazing and incredibly tender.

The Fillet Tenderloin doesn’t need to be loaded with a lot of flavours as on its own it will surprise you.

Storage: All our meat is vacuum packed, to ensure maximum shelf life. Keep under refrigeration (2º to 5º C). For best quality, freeze (between -18º to -20ºC) as soon as possible after purchase within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 12 months. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze ones defrosted.
