WINEMAKER TASTING NOTES

 Deep violet color with purple reflections. Intense aroma of plums, black cherries & lavender. Rich, dry & structured, with more black fruit and traces of vanilla and mocha. Nice finish. Ideal with roasted meats, especially lamb chops.

Full-bodied dry red made from grapes grown in very high altitude vines located in the Yacochuya district of Salta, at 2,000 meters above sea level.
