This is a thin, tender and great-tasting cut, recognized and highly sought after by experts of Argentine cuts. It is characterized by the two layers of fat that surrounds it which melts into the meat when grilled giving a delicious taste. It can be prepared on BBQs or grilled and one of its benefits is that takes very little time to cook.

Storage: All our meat is vacuum packed, to ensure maximum shelf life. Keep under refrigeration (2º to 5º C). For best quality, freeze (between -18º to -20ºC) as soon as possible after purchase within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 12 months. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze ones defrosted.
