Tail of Rump / Colita de Cuadril (Frozen)

Tail of Rump is a small cut that usually doesn’t exceed 1.5kg, very well flavoured, lean and without superficial fat. This cut is incredibly tender and guaranteed to be a success when cooked in the oven. It’s a very traditional Argentine cut, easy to grill and with great flavour.

For best quality, freeze (between -18º to -20ºC) as soon as possible after purchase within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 12 months. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze ones defrosted.
