Short Ribs / Tira de asado (Frozen)

Short ribs are one of the cuts with more flavour and tenderness because its meat, with an outstanding marbling, is attached to the bone. It is one of the most popular cuts and is usually roasted using the particular method "a la cruz". Short ribs are perfect when braised or slow-cooked, but they also are the ideal BBQ grilling item.

Weight: Short ribs joint vacuum packed between 2 and 2.5kg.

Storage:  Keep under refrigeration (2º to 5º C). In Freezer (between -18º to -20ºC) it keeps up to 4 months, after the expiration date. Thaw in the fridge 24 hours before use.
