This is one of the traditional and most popular cuts to use for Argentine “Asado” or BBQs. The perfect marbling on this meat cut makes it uniquely delicious and full of flavour. Ideal to be cooked also in the oven or even marinated this is a cut that will taste great in any cooking point and one than cannot be left out of your BBQ day. 

Weight: Whole piece vacuum packed between 800gms and 1.4kg.

Storage: All our meat is vacuum packed, to ensure maximum shelf life. Keep under refrigeration (2º to 5º C). For best quality, freeze (between -18º to -20ºC) as soon as possible after purchase within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 12 months. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze ones defrosted.
